    Abstract: A device for transporting a plurality of refuse containers across either a support surface or a winter support surface, includes a housing which is partitioned into a plurality of compartments, each compartment is shaped and dimensioned to receive a refuse container. A plurality of skis are removably connectable to the housing, the skis being used to move the housing across the winter support surface. Alternatively, a plurality of wheels are removably connectable to the housing, the wheels being used to move the housing across the support surface.
