A method utilizes the claimed apparatus.

The platform includes a user interface configured to input: sale item identification, sale event duration for each sale item, a sale item price range, and a frequency distribution identifying the relationship of the price range and the associated sale items and the duration of the associated sales event. The merchant event platform generates a frequency distribution database utilizing the frequency distribution to identify the price of each sale item during the sales event. The merchant event platform includes at least one online web page displaying select sale item indicia, a price range for the sales items, a current price for an associated sale item, purchasing indicia for a sale item configured to facilitate consumer purchase of the associated sale item, and user related advertising indicia.

Abstract: A device for establishing an area of incision on a breast includes a positioning component adapted to be positioned on or adjacent to a nipple areola complex of the breast and a template component connected to the positioning component. The template component includes at least one substantially arcuate-shaped stencil to facilitate a curved incision marking or curved incision on the breast. The device may include an elongated member connecting the template component to the positioning component. The template component may be pivotally attached to the elongated member and may be adjusted to move along the length of the elongated member. The positioning component may be substantially circular or substantially semi-circular. One or more handles may be attached to the device. A method for utilizing the aforementioned device is also disclosed.

Abstract: The invention is an apparatus comprising a garment that prevents wrong site surgery. The garment comprises a garment portion, a warning, a patient information indicator, and a verification. The warning, patient information indicator and verification can be integral with the garment portion or printed on a separable medium. The method of the present invention comprises steps to prevent wrong site surgery including placing a garment on a non-operative body part, placing a warning on said garment, placing patient information on said garment, and requiring the patient or an authorized individual to verify that the patient is willingly undergoing the surgery. The above pieces of information can be removed from the garment and placed in the patient's medical record.
