  • Patent number: 10346886
Abstract: Systems and methods for a hierarchical resale system for telecommunications services are described. In an embodiment, a computerized method for managing events in a hierarchical resale model for telecommunication products may include receiving, via an electronic interface, access information for accessing an event response system of a down-level provider; identifying, using a data processing device, an event requiring a response from the down-level provider; accessing, using a network interface, the event response system of the down-level provider; and generating, using the data processor, an event response for transmission by the event response system of the down-level provider.

  • Publication number: 20150372863
Abstract: Systems and methods for a hierarchical resale system for telecommunications services are described. In an embodiment, a computerized method for remote configuration of telecommunication equipment may include generating, using a data processing device, configuration information for the telecommunication equipment; and communicating, using a network interface device, the configuration information to a server on a network that is local to the telecommunication equipment; wherein the telecommunication equipment receives the configuration information from the server.

  • Publication number: 20150372861
Abstract: Systems and methods for business continuity planning in a hierarchical resale system. In an embodiment, a computerized method may include: receiving a reservation request to reserve a telecommunication product; reserving the telecommunication product in response to the request; receiving an activation request to activate the reserved telecommunication product; and activating the reserved telecommunication product in response to the activation request.

  • Publication number: 20150163348
Abstract: Systems and methods for a debug line tracer for telecommunication networks are described. In an illustrative, non-limiting embodiment, a method may include requesting via a computer interface, by a user operating a computing device, that a trace processor initiate a call trace operation. The method may also include originating a call to a phone number in response to an indication from the trace processor that a call trace set up procedure has been completed for the phone number. In some cases, requesting that the trace processor initiate the call trace operation may further include providing an indication of the phone number to the trace processor, sending a call trace request to the trace processor, and, in response to the indication that the call trace set up procedure has been completed for the phone number, transmitting a command that the call trace operation be initiated.

  • Patent number: 4693501
Abstract: A heat exchanger tube assembly having one end of a copper tube soldered to the end of an aluminum tube, and a method of minimizing galvanic corrosion at the soldered joint. The aluminum tube, having a roughened inner surface for enhanced heat transfer, fits inside the copper tube at the soldered joint. A heat shrinkable thermoplastic tube having a thermosetting adhesive inner coating is placed around the joint and then heated. The heat shrinks the thermoplastic tube, causing it to contract and to adhere tightly against and around the joint. The plastic tube with its adhesive inner coating protects the joint from atmospheric moisture and thus inhibits galvanic corrosion that would eventually create a leak in the tube joint.

  • Patent number: 4373451
Abstract: An apparatus and method for feeding pulverized solid fuel to one or more burners of a kiln in which batches of the pulverized fuel are weighed and metered into air conduits at a rate controlled by the weight of the batch for the supply of an air-fuel mixture to the burners.

  • Patent number: 4354825
Abstract: A method and apparatus for drying coal in which the coal is dried by a hot gas and then quickly cooled with ambient air to reduce the oxidation rate and in which the air heated in the cooler is supplied to support the combustion that generates the hot gas. The drying gas exhausted from the dryer is utilized to extract coal product, to produce the fuel necessary to generate the hot drying gas and to provide a tempering gas to help maintain the combustor within a desired temperature range. Condensation of the exhaust drying gas is prevented by utilizing the hot gas discharged from the combustor, bypassing the dryer, and supplying it to the exhaust gas at a plurality of different points.
