    Abstract: A self-propelled stump cutter adapted to move under its own power to maneuver into small spaces where stumps might be located close to buildings or to other trees. The device includes a frame with a plurality of hydraulic means to steer the cutting wheel over the stump and to raise and lower the wheel. Hydraulic motors are also used to propel the device.
