Abstract: A loading/unloading device for attachment to a trailer hitch receive of a vehicle. The loading/unloading device comprises a main frame which has a leading section sized to matingly engage with the trailer hitch receiver of the trailer hitch and a ramp pivotly attached to the main frame such that a first portion of the ramp can, during use, matingly engage with a tailgate of a vehicle while the second opposed end of the ramp can engage with the ground surface. A removable adjustable member is located between the ramp and the main frame for transferring weight from the ramp onto the main frame as an off-road vehicle is loaded and unloaded from a vehicle using the loading/unloading device.
