Abstract: A catching device for attachment to the rear of a truck or truck bed preferably for a dump truck arrangement, has a sheet member having attachment and fastening portions which, when suitably applied to the rear of the truck bed, generally prevents debris, rocks, stones, pebbles and the like from falling off a rear lip, shelf, or other truck bed structure upon which debris may accumulate, or for collecting debris that slips through the gap between the tail gate and onto the road or pour plate.
