  • Publication number: 20230099153
Abstract: Methods are provided in which a computing device obtains telemetry data associated with an enterprise network that includes a plurality of assets involved in providing one or more enterprise services, obtains available software upgrade information, and generates at least two remediation plans based on the telemetry data and the available software upgrade information. Each of the at least two remediation plans being directed to a change in a configuration of one or more assets of the plurality of assets. The methods further include computing a probability of success of each of the at least two remediation plans based on the telemetry data and the available software upgrade information and providing the at least two remediation plans with a respective probability of success.

  • Patent number: 11595268
Abstract: In one embodiment, a service that monitors a network detects a plurality of anomalies in the network. The service uses data regarding the detected anomalies as input to one or more machine learning models. The service maps, using a conceptual space, outputs of the one or more machine learning models to symbols. The service applies a symbolic reasoning engine to the symbols, to rank the anomalies. The service sends an alert for a particular one of the detected anomalies to a user interface, based on its corresponding rank.

  • Patent number: 11444853
Abstract: A digitized Intellectual Capital (IC) system obtains code modules configured to detect one or more issues in a computing system. The IC system selects from the code modules to generate a first set of code modules based on a corresponding value metric. The corresponding value metric for each code module in the first set of code modules is higher than a predetermined threshold. The IC system also samples from the remainder of the code modules unselected for the first set of code modules to generate a second set of code modules. The IC system runs the first set of code modules and the second set of code modules to detect the one or more issues and updates the corresponding value metric for at least one code module.

  • Publication number: 20220116547
Abstract: Video routing may include integrated audio mixing, audio processing, or both. An audio subsystem that is integrated with a video router, for example, may receive and mix router input audio signals to provide mixed audio signals, and route the mixed audio signals to router outputs as router output audio signals. Regarding audio processing, input audio signals that include router input audio signals that are received by the video router may be routed as output audio signals. The output audio signals include router output audio signals to be output from the video router. Respective ones of the output audio signals are processed to provide respective processed output audio signals. The input audio signals for the routing also include the processed output audio signals.

  • Publication number: 20210383096
Abstract: A system and method are provided for training a machine learning system. In an embodiment, the system generates a three-dimensional model of an environment using a video sequence that includes individual frames taken from a variety of perspectives and environmental conditions. An object in the environment is identified and labeled, in some examples, by an operator, and a three-dimensional model of the object is created. Training data for the machine learning system is created by applying the label to the individual video frames of the video sequence, or by applying a rendering of the three-dimensional model to additional images or video sequences.

  • Publication number: 20210150060
Abstract: In one example embodiment, a server that is in communication with a network that includes a plurality of network elements obtains, from the network, a service request record that includes sensitive information related to at least one of the plurality of network elements. The server parses the service request record to determine that the service request record includes a sequence of characters that is repeated in the service request record, and tags the sequence of characters as a particular sensitive information type. Based on the tagging, the server identically replaces the sequence of characters so as to preserve an internal consistency of the service request record. After identically replacing the sequence of characters, the server publishes the service request record for analysis without revealing the sequence of characters.
