    Abstract: A refuse collection device comprising an elongated handle and a bag supporting member attached to the handle. An open ended bag can be inserted through at least a portion of the bag supporting member with a peripheral region of the bag around the opening being folded over the bag supporting member. A clamp on the handle clamps a region of the bag to thereby retain the bag on the refuse collection device.
