  • Publication number: 20240126220
Abstract: A building system including one or more memory devices configured to store instructions that, when executed on one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to collect building device data of a building device, generate a time correlated data stream for a data point, and generate a time correlated reliability data stream for the data point. The building device data includes a plurality of data samples of the data point. The time correlated data stream includes values of the plurality of data samples of the data point. The time correlated reliability data stream includes a plurality of reliability values time correlated to corresponding values of the plurality of data samples of the data point and indicating reliability of the values of the plurality of data samples of the data point.

  • Patent number: 5956891
Abstract: An animal trap comprises a swing frame mounted on a base. The swing frame has a pair of laterally spaced-apart arms and is pivoted to the base for swinging movement from a generally horizontal position to a generally upright position. A spring urges the swing frame to the upright position. A retainer releasably holds the swing frame in the horizontal position. A cable has one end anchored and the other end formed in a loop with the cable extending through the loop to form a noose. Opposite sides of the noose are releasably connected to the arms to hold the noose in an open condition. A baited lure is placed within the noose when the swing frame is horizontal and is operative when pulled by an animal to release the retainer and allow the swing frame to move to its upright position and the noose to snare an animal by the neck and tighten when the animal pulls away.

  • Patent number: 5109627
Abstract: An animal trap having a pair of arcuate arms connected by a flexible cable. In the set condition of the trap, the arms are spread apart. When an animal steps on a trigger in the space between the spread apart arms, the trap is sprung and the arms are moved together by a swinging frame. A clamping plate on the swinging frame cooperates with the cable in gripping the foot or leg of the animal. The clamping plate is a broad-faced member provided with a concave central section which closes gently on the limb of the animal without causing unnecessary injury.

  • Patent number: 4308683
Abstract: A trap anchoring stake for anchoring an animal trap in soft or loose soils where in the past excessive stake length has been required to keep the trapped animal from pulling out the stake. The stake has a spring arm connected to the bottom of the stake for outward pivoted movement, and adapted to retain the stake in the ground by lateral pressure on surrounding soil, or by lateral penetration of the top end of the spring arm into the soil, or both. A spring arm latch is provided for connection to a trap tether chain operable to automatically release the latch by movement of a trapped animal, in case the trapper forgets to release the spring arm. An abutment limits outward movement of the spring arm to an acute angle to the stake, and the arm and stake constitute obstruction means which will hang up on brush or the like if the trapped animal succeeds in pulling the stake out of the ground.

  • Patent number: 3965607
Abstract: An animal trap comprising a plurality of radially extending arms pivoted at their inner ends to a ring, and a noose extending through guides at the outer ends of said arms. Resilient means controls an actuating mechanism for reducing the circumference of the noose, which thereby swings said arms upwardly to guide the noose in closing movement over the muzzle of an animal caught by the trap.
