Abstract: Various embodiments of the systems, methods, and devices are provided for controlled operation of an intravascular lithotripsy system for breaking up calcified lesions in an anatomical conduit. More specifically, control arrangements are disclosed concerning managing and/or providing electrical energy to generate an electrical arc between a set of spaced-apart electrodes disposed within a fluid-filled member configured to contain a conductive fluid.

Abstract: An improved walker includes an adjustable frame with angled portions that provide an ergonomic interface and enhanced stability for a user. The front of the walker includes a wishbone front support frame. Rather than incorporating multiple front legs extending from the top of the walker to the floor, the wishbone front support frame provides clearance on either side of a center front column. This clearance allows users to position, or maneuver, the walker close to adjacent objects. The handrail portions of the walker are pitched at a downward angle running in a direction from the rear to the front of the walker. This pitch moves the operating position of the user close to the front of walker providing a safe and stable operating position.

Abstract: Data related to the adherence of a patient to a therapy regime can be collected from multiple medical devices, each of which may have an incomplete data set with data entries associated with times. Each incomplete data set represents a portion of a complete data set. The data sets can be integrated to create a complete data set with data entries from each incomplete data set being arranged in a temporal sequence with respect to one another. A report may be generated, the report having the data entries of the complete data set or a function of the data entries of the complete data set.

Abstract: A system and method for balancing flows of renal replacement fluid is disclosed. The method uses pressure controls and pressure sensing devices to more precisely meter and balance the flow of fresh dialysate and spent dialysate. The balancing system may use one or two balancing devices, such as a balance tube, a tortuous path, or a balance chamber.

The washdown surfaces include a sloped surface arranged in the seat pan that is angled downward from a front of the shower chair toward a rear of the shower chair and a sloped surface arranged in the backrest of the shower chair angled from a rear of the shower chair toward a front of the shower chair under the seat pan. The washdown surfaces provide an unrestricted fluid flow path running from the seat pan to the backrest and then to the floor.
