Abstract: Various aspects include devices, systems, and methods for securing an anchoring element to a seafloor. The methods may use a subsea anchorage installation system that may include a subsea grout supply assembly. The subsea grout supply assembly may include a variable volume grout storage chamber, a paddle, and a subsea grout pump. The variable volume grout storage chamber may be configured to transport dry grout to a seafloor. The variable volume grout storage chamber may include a water injection port configured to receive water for mixing with the dry grout on the seafloor. The variable volume grout storage chamber may also be configured to expand from a collapsed configuration as water is injected.

Abstract: A flow generator 21 for a respiratory therapy system configured to deliver a breathable gas flow to a patient comprises a housing 27 comprising an inlet 28 and an outlet 25 and a gas flow path between the inlet 28 and outlet 25. An impeller is mounted within the housing 27 for rotation about an axis, the impeller configured to be rotationally driven by a motor to provide a gas flow along the gas flow path. Various embodiments are disclosed in which the flow generator 21 further comprises a sensor 23 mounted in the housing 27 in the gas flow path and configured to detect a property of the gas flow. The sensor 23 may be mounted in the outlet 25 so as to project into the gas flow path. Flow generator may comprise an axial inlet 28 and a tangential outlet 25. In another embodiment the sensor 23 may be mounted in the inlet 28.

Abstract: Data related to the adherence of a patient to a therapy regime can be collected from multiple medical devices, each of which may have an incomplete data set with data entries associated with times. Each incomplete data set represents a portion of a complete data set. The data sets can be integrated to create a complete data set with data entries from each incomplete data set being arranged in a temporal sequence with respect to one another. A report may be generated, the report having the data entries of the complete data set or a function of the data entries of the complete data set.

The front of the walker includes a wishbone front support frame. Rather than incorporating multiple front legs extending from the top of the walker to the floor, the wishbone front support frame provides clearance on either side of a center front column. This clearance allows users to position, or maneuver, the walker close to adjacent objects. The handrail portions of the walker are pitched at a downward angle running in a direction from the rear to the front of the walker. This pitch moves the operating position of the user close to the front of walker providing a safe and stable operating position.

Abstract: An improved shower chair having washdown surfaces, reconfigurable arrangements, and enhanced safety features. The shower chair includes a backrest that removably attaches to an underside of the shower chair offset from, and arranged below, a seat pan. Removing the backrest exposes an upper support crossbar that runs from one side of the shower chair to the other. The washdown surfaces include a sloped surface arranged in the seat pan that is angled downward from a front of the shower chair toward a rear of the shower chair and a sloped surface arranged in the backrest of the shower chair angled from a rear of the shower chair toward a front of the shower chair under the seat pan. The washdown surfaces provide an unrestricted fluid flow path running from the seat pan to the backrest and then to the floor.
