The water driven system includes a flow control valve connected to a water line of the water open or closed loop system for controlling the flow of water into the water driven system, a turbine operatively connected to the flow control valve for receiving under controlled conditions the water, and a generator operatively connected to the turbine. The generator generates electricity in response to the operation of the turbine.
