Abstract: A flat paper sheet advertising sampler has a base panel with a thin readily removable rub-off transfer layer, a spacer panel overlying the base panel and having an access opening in registry with the transfer layer, and a moveable cover panel hingedly connected along a common edge with the base panel which overlies the spacer panel and its access openings when the cover panel is in a closed position.

Abstract: A method for producing a mass distributable printed packet is disclosed wherein a web of paper has printed thereon a format of successive rectangular pieces in a plurality of longitudinal lines extending parallel to the edges of the web, the web is cut longitudinally between the print patterns and the thus-formed strips are superposed in vertical registry of the printed patterns. The superposed strips are then cut to form sets of printed pieces which sets are each placed within an individual outer container.

Abstract: A relatively flat packet for distributing thin layers of material, which provide a substantial recess so as to limit the possibility of contact with surfaces that could impair the integrity of the layer of material enclosed in the packet item from smearing and abrasion.

Abstract: A multi-compartment envelope for coupon nesting includes a rectangular blank having first, second and third spaced parallel scorelines defining first, second, third and fourth rectangular interconnected panels. A fold in the fourth panel provides a first panel portion and a second panel portion with the second panel portion being secured to the first panel portion and thereby providing a compartment. A slit is disposed in the compartment and divides the compartment into a first and a second compartment. A first and a second contoured slit are disposed, at least in part, in the first panel and provide a pair of wafer tabs. The first panel is in overlying relation with the second panel whereby the wafer tabs extend a substantial distance in a first direction away from the first panel.

Abstract: An advertising leaflet has an attention-getting movable flap cut out from one of its sheets which is moved into raised position when the leaflet is opened by a slender activating strip which is cut out from the opposed sheet of the leaflet and has its free end glued to the flap.
