    Abstract: A lift mechanism is provided for lifting vehicle wheels in horizontal orientation through use of a fluid actuator driven parallelogram linkage. The fluid actuator includes an adjustabale stop for setting the extent of the wheel lift travel below a fixed amount set by a stop carried between the linkage and the actuator.
