    Abstract: The present invention is a lathe 10 having a stationary member 11 and a rotating gear member 15. A circular race member 23 is connected to the gear member 15 and held in position by means of bearings 17 and 19. Preferably, the bearings 17 and 19 have longitudinal axes perpendicular to the top surface of the stationary member 11. Further, mounting brackets 35 are utilized to quickly and easily mount a motor 70 onto the stationary member 11. A two part tool module 38 is also disclosed.
