    Abstract: A package structure and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. The method of manufacturing the package structure includes several steps as follows. A lead frame is provided. A first mask layer is formed on an upper surface of the lead frame and a second mask layer is formed on a lower surface of the lead frame, so that the first mask layer, the lead frame and the second mask layer are formed together to be a multilayered structure. A patterning process is performed on the multilayered structure, so a through hole penetrating through the multilayered structure is formed. A sandblasting process is performed in the through hole to form a rough textured surface in the through hole. After that, the first mask layer and the second mask layer are removed to expose the upper surface and the lower surface of the lead frame.

    Abstract: A respiratory mask system includes a mask interface and a headgear assembly. The headgear assembly is adjustable and comprised of an elastic portion, a non-elastic portion and a restriction mechanism configured to provide a force resisting movement of the non-elastic portion when the elastic portion is extended. There is a support beam coupled to the non-elastic portion and extending along a portion of the headgear that is curved along its longitudinal extent. In this way particular seal modules can be comfortably fitted to a user and any blow off force is mitigated. A particular example of the respiratory mask system includes provision for removable attachment between the seal and a mask frame, the mask frame and a yoke of the headgear; and between a conduit and the mask frame.

    Abstract: A thin film (Ga 0.5%, Cu 8%) co-doped ZnO with high dielectric constant and high optical transmittance in the visible light range is formed via a pulse laser deposition method. The steps of the method involve installing a sapphire based substrate mounted on a sample holder into a pulse laser deposition chamber; and installing a ZnO ceramic target containing designed Ga and Cu concentrations in the chamber. Then the chamber is evacuated until the pressure achieves 5e-4 Pa., at which point the substrate is heated to about 600 degrees C. Next oxygen gas is introduced into the chamber and adjusted to a pressure of about 5 Pa. The rotation speed of the substrate holder and target holder are adjusted to about 10 r/min. Finally, the laser beam is applied to the target to ablate it sufficiently to generate a plasma of ionized atoms that are deposited on the substrate to form the film with the same composition same as the target.
