    Abstract: The present invention relates to a neural network-based high-resolution image restoration method and system, including: performing feature extraction on a target frame in a network input to obtain a first feature, performing feature extraction on a first frame and an adjacent frame and an optical flow between the first frame and the adjacent frame to obtain a second feature, and concatenating the first feature and the second feature to obtain a shallow layer feature; performing feature extraction and refinement on the shallow layer feature to obtain a plurality of output first features and a plurality of output second features; performing feature decoding on the plurality of output second features, and concatenating decoded features along channel dimensionality to obtain features; and performing weight distribution on the features to obtain final features, and restoring an image. The present invention can effectively help to improve image quality.

A sync interface communicatively couples a controller to other controllers dedicated to one or more other respective inverters of the solar array via a sync signal. The controllers synchronize the third stages of the inverters via the sync signal. The third stages of the inverters are coupled in series to provide a load output voltage.

The speed at which the IGBTs are modulated impacts the system performance including power loss, voltage overshoot and current overshoot. A complementary transistor pair is adapted to receive a supply voltage and a pulse-width modulated (PWM) signal to alternately charge and discharge the insulated gate. A comparator compares the voltage at the insulated gate with a reference voltage representing a gate drive fault to generate a first logic signal. A latch samples the first logic signal when the PWM signal has a value corresponding to charging the insulated gate. A logic circuit inhibits charging of the insulated gate when the latched logic signal indicates the gate drive fault. An insulated gate voltage less than the reference voltage is indicative of an under-voltage fault as well as other device failures of the IGBT or the complementary transistors.

The computer system also compares the outcomes of the workflow execution to the expected outcomes corresponding to the executed online service workflow and generates a report that includes the results of the comparison.
