    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, system and computer program product for software globalization management. In an embodiment of the invention, a method for software globalization management incudes loading markup in a browser for rendering in the browser and parsing the markup to identify different markup language tags disposed in the markup. Thereafter, on condition that during the parsing a globalization tag is detected, an internationalization key associated with a textual resource is extracted in connection with the globalization tag, a locale setting is retrieved for the browser, the key is submitted to remote repository with the locale setting in order to retrieve therefrom a translated form of the textual resource in accordance with the locale setting, the translated form of the textual resource is received in response to the requesting and the markup is rendered with the translated form of the textual resource.

    Abstract: A circuit arrangement includes one or more input buffers disposed on a system-on-chip (SoC) and configured to receive and store streaming debug packets. One or more response buffers are also disposed on the SoC. A transaction control circuit is disposed on the SoC and is configured to process each debug packet in the one or more input buffers. The processing includes decoding an operation code in the debug packet, and determining from an address in the debug packet, an interface circuit of multiple interface circuits to access a storage circuit in a subsystem of multiple sub-systems on the SoC. The processing further includes issuing a request via the interface circuit to access the storage circuit according to the operation code, and storing responses and data received from the interface circuits in the one or more response buffers.

The collective reduction logic includes ALU(s) and arbitration and control circuitry. The ALU(s) and arbitration and control circuitry support multiple simultaneous collective operations from different collective classes, and support arbitrary input port and output port mapping to different collective classes. The collective switch hardware architecture further includes an output arrangement circuit including a multiple inputs coupled to the multiple outputs of the collective reduction logic and including multiple output ports.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to DRX technology and disclosed are a method and device for computing an activation time, which are used for solving the problem that a UE cannot enter an active state at an accurate time when using an extended DRX cycle. The method is: a network side notifying a UE of a serial number of a current SFN cycle in an extended DRX cycle, and the UE computing an activation time of the UE by combining the length of a preset extended DRX cycle in accordance with the serial number. In this way, when the extended DRX cycle is greater than the SFN cycle, the UE can still compute a correct paging time and/or a time of receiving service data, thereby entering the active state at an accurate time, effectively avoiding the situation where paging messages or service data are lost due to computation errors of the UE, then guaranteeing the service QoS of the UE and improving the service performance of the system.
