Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a financial apparatus, and a method and a system for controlling the apparatus. The financial apparatus is embodied so that, if a service request is received from at least one teller terminal, a determination part determines a service type from the received service request, and a controlling part performs an occupied service process or an unoccupied service process according to the determined service type, and thus the service requests can be processed in parallel. Due to the parallel processing, task processing efficiency can be maximized and also waiting time can be reduced.
