A first sensor drain electrode is extended from the second sensor line at the sensor active pattern. A second sensor drain electrode corresponding to the first sensor gate electrode is formed on the sensor active pattern. A pixel electrode is electrically connected to the gate line and the data line. A sensor electrode part electrically connects the first and second sensor drain electrodes spaced apart from the pixel electrode. Light is reflected by the first and second sensor drain electrodes, which have an embossed shape.
