A portion of the disk member includes a communication sector, through which the first chamber and the second chamber communicate with each other. A first inlet and a first outlet are disposed in the valve body and a second inlet and a second outlet are disposed in the valve body. A first valve aperture is formed in the first spool for allowing the first spool to communicate with the communication sector.
