The method includes: moving, by a vehicle, to a customer when the customer requests the vehicle to provide a mobility service and forming, by one or more anchors mounted on the vehicle, an Ultra-Wide Band (UWB) link with an information technology (IT) device carried by the customer when a determination is made that a distance between the vehicle and the customer is within a predetermined distance; performing a smart anchor positioning (SAP) algorithm to estimate a position of the IT device; performing position-based security authentication with the customer; and arriving, by the vehicle, at the customer, wherein the one or more anchors and the IT device transmit or receive UWB pulse waves.
