Abstract: One embodiment includes an electromagnetic device for generating a magnetic field in a workspace. The electromagnetic device includes an elongated sleeve defining a hollow space and having an external surface, a magnetic core, and an electric coil wounded onto the external surface of the elongated sleeve and configured to generate the magnetic field when energized. The magnetic core has a first end, a second end, and a middle portion that is disposed between the first end and the second end and received in the hollow space. The first end is provided with a core tip that is shaped substantially as a cone and has a cone radius greater than zero.

Abstract: An electrical connector includes: an insulating base with a perforation; an insulating cover with a through hole and two slots recessed from a top surface, covered on and capable of sliding relative to the insulating base; a thrust member, disposed on the top surface of the insulating cover, has a body accommodated in the through hole, the body comprises an axial pushing hole, a plate portion respectively extending from two sides of the body and accommodated in the corresponding recessed slots; and a cam, having a driving portion above the body and a shaft extending downwards from the driving portion, at least one interference portion projects from a periphery at a lower end of the shaft and fixed near a bottom of the insulating base, the shaft passes through the axial pushing hole and the perforation.

Abstract: An electrical connector and a conductive member thereof are provided. In one embodiment of the present invention, the conductive member is installed in an insulating body, and a solder ball is retained between two retaining ends of the conductive member to form the electrical connector. In the conductive member, a base extends downwards to form two soldering arms, each of the soldering arms has an extending arm and a retaining end extending from the extending arm, the retaining ends are exposed outside the insulating body, and at least one of the retaining ends is provided with a recessed portion, so as to enable the solder ball, when entering between the two retaining ends, to prop the two retaining ends and partially enter the recessed portion, so that the solder ball is securely retained by the two retaining ends, thereby preventing the solder ball from falling off from the two retaining ends when the electrical connector is under an external force.

Abstract: This invention relates to a backlight unit that prevents a wrinkle of an optical sheet, and a liquid crystal display module using the same. A backlight includes at least one light source. A light guide panel converts a light from the light source into a surface light. A housing receives the light source, and has an open part that is opened to a light incidence surface of the light guide panel and one end overlaps with at least a part of the light guide panel. A main support encompasses side and upper surfaces of the housing. Optical sheets disposed on the light guide panel, wherein the optical sheets have one ends disposed between the light guide panel and the one end of the housing.

Abstract: A liquid crystal module includes: a first support part for receiving and affixing ends of a plurality of lamps; an optical plate disposed above an upper surface of the first support part; a second support part for retaining the optical plate and having a lower surface above the optical plate, wherein the upper surface of the first support part or the lower surface of the second support part has a recessed portion contacting the optical plate such that a gap is formed between the optical plate, and one of the upper surface of the first support part and the lower surface of the second support part.
