  • Publication number: 20250137849
Abstract: Disclosed is a vicarious radiometric calibration system. More specifically, disclosed is a ground reference target for calibrating a digital signal that is obtained through a sensor when a landmark is observed from a satellite or an airplane by using a spectral reflection factor or spectral emissivity of the ground reference target and a vicarious radiometric calibration system including the same. It is possible to derive accurate measurement results for the MWIR region by installing a ground reference target having predetermined reflectance or emissivity and having a special form on the ground with respect to the calibration of a sensor for remote exploration, such as aviation, space, and astronomy, and performing absolute radiometric calibration by using images that are obtained through the ground reference target.

  • Patent number: 7959752
Abstract: A geogrid using fiber-reinforced polymeric strips and its producing method are disclosed. The geogrid of a lattice shape includes plural longitudinal fiber-reinforced polymeric strips longitudinally arranged in parallel at regular intervals and formed by reinforcing fiber in a thermoplastic polymer resin, and plural lateral fiber-reinforced polymer strip laterally arranged in parallel at regular intervals and formed by reinforcing fiber in a thermoplastic polymer resin. Each longitudinal fiber-reinforced polymer strip has at lease one first contact point crossed with the lateral fiber-reinforced polymer strip on the upper surface and at least one second contact point crossed with the lateral fiber-reinforced polymer strips on the lower surface. The contact points are fixed by welding the longitudinal and lateral fiber-reinforced polymer strips.

  • Patent number: 7168453
Abstract: A multi-wefts inserting weaving machine, comprising a block arraying device comprising an upper plate and a lower plate which face each other and are movable upward and downward; and a plural number of unit blocks attached to the internal facing sides of the upper plate and the lower plate of the block arraying device through combining grooves, wherein the unit blocks include two grooves. Accordingly, a lattice woven structure can be easily woven from heavy-duty materials by the present multi-wefts inserting weaving machine.
