Abstract: The present invention relates to a fuel cell system, and comprises: a hot box for accommodating a fuel cell and a fuel reformer; a start burner for heating the temperature of the hot box to a reaction temperature during an initial drive; a first heat exchange portion for heating outside air which is aspirated by using heat from the start burner or heat from the exhaust gas, and supplying the air to the fuel cell; and a second heat exchange portion for supplying steam which is generated by using the heat from the exhaust gas, and maintaining the reaction temperature by cooling the fuel cell with the exhaust gas of which the temperature has been lowered.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a combined fuel cell and boiler system, and comprising: a fuel cell portion for receiving supplied outside air and raw material gas and generating electricity through a catalyst reaction; and a boiler portion comprising a latent heat exchanger, which is connected to an exhaust gas pipe of the fuel cell portion, for collecting the latent heat of self-generated exhaust gas with the latent heat of exhaust gas from the fuel cell portion. The present invention can effectively increase the efficiency of a boiler by supplying the exhaust gas from the fuel cell to the latent heat exchanger in the boiler, so as to be heat-exchanged in the latent heat exchanger with the exhaust gas from the boiler and then discharged, and can simplify the composition by unifying exhaust gas pipes.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for processing an error event of a medical diagnosis device is provided that includes detecting an error event at a medical diagnosis system, determining an error correcting mode from among a first mode for restarting a diagnosis process at which the error event occurred, a second mode for informing the error event to components of the medical diagnosis system at which the error event did not occur, and a third mode for stopping operation of the medical diagnosis system, based on information regarding the error event, and processing the error event based on the determined error correcting mode. There is also provided a method for providing medical information that includes receiving medical data, providing a diagnosis process a first region, providing log data at a second region, and providing video data at a third region of the screen image.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for synchronizing the keep-alive packet transmission timings of the direct push applications are provided to improve an electric current consumption characteristic. The method includes detecting a network event, synchronizing transmission timings of keep-alive packets of direct push applications with reference to an occurrence time of the network event, and transmitting the keep-alive packets of the direct push application at a synchronized transmission timing simultaneously.

Abstract: Disclosed therein is a water treatment equipment using pulsed ultraviolet lamp, which emits pulsed ultraviolet rays of high power and high transmission. The water treatment system can be usefully used in a purification plant or in a waste water treatment plant of high turbidity since the UV lamp adapted for emitting the pulsed UV rays is higher in power and longer in a transmission length than the conventional continuous UV lamp.
