    Abstract: In an approach for road section recognition using multi-modal cognitive mechanism, a processor receives an audio signal from a road test. A processor processes the audio signal to generate an acoustic spectrum density distribution map to identify a respective at least one road section switching point in a first mode. A processor processes a spectrogram of the audio signal to identify the respective at least one road section switching point in a second mode. A processor uses a machine learning model to predict an expected sound at each frame of the audio signal, to calculate a similarity between the expected sound and an actual sound, and to identify the respective at least one road switching point when the similarity is lower than a pre-set similarity threshold in a third mode. A processor combines results of the three modes to obtain a final set of road section switching points.

    Abstract: Molybdenum (Mo) metal-on-metal (MoM) deposition methods for providing true bottom-up fill in vias and/or other gap features in device structures. These device structures contain metal at the bottom surface and have dielectric sidewalls. The deposition process provides molybdenum growth only, in some cases, on the metal film/layer to provide a selective process that can be called a metal-on-metal (MoM) process. The Mo MoM deposition process described herein are not limited to thin films (e.g., films less than 50 ?) and can be used to deposit thicker films (e.g., greater than 50 ? in some cases and greater than 200 ? in other useful cases) on metal surfaces while no, or substantially no, deposition is found on dielectric surfaces.

The method further comprises selecting a combination of the one or more combinations of identified candidate segments having the smallest respective segment distance variance; and storing data on the plurality of disk drives according to the selected combination of identified candidate segments.

The spinning solution is blending solution of regenerated silk fibroin:polyvinyl alcohol:polylactic acid with a mass ratio being 75-85:10-20:5 dissolved in a mixed solvent of trifluoroacetic acid and dichloromethane with a volume ratio being 7:3. The method establishes a reasonable mass ratio parameter of the regenerated silk fibroin, the polyvinyl alcohol and the polylactic acid to blending spinning to improve spinnability of silk fibroin, as well as prepare the electrospun composite nanofiber membrane with good mechanical properties.

After acquiring a 3D point cloud and feature points in the method, the feature point set is projected to a plane, and feature transformation is performed on the projected points by using at least one factor from the distances between the 3D points and the feature points, the distances between the 3D points and the projected points, and the average distances between the 3D points and its 1-ring neighboring points to acquire a point distribution with a larger variance in a certain direction than the projected point set, and the local reference frame is determined based on the transformed point distribution. The 3D local feature descriptor established based on this local reference frame can encode the 3D local surface information more robustly, so as to obtain a better 3D shape matching effect.

    Abstract: An Fan-out packaging system, comprising dedicated frame with associated movable metallic spring feature(s) for incoming known-good-die (KGD), is invented. The movable spring anchor(s) along with the boundaries of the frame locks the KGD in its designated position during EMC implementation and subsequent processes. In this system/approach, the position accuracy of KGDs during the wafer reconstitution process will be mostly dominated by the dicing accuracy. The proposed system is a very low cost approach as it does not need the expensive software/tool set and does not have a low throughput site-to-site lithography correction during exposure after metrology is carried out for every flash field. This system is particularly useful for chiplet consisting of component chips from different technologies and from substrate made of different material.
