    Abstract: A wafer processing apparatus includes a reaction tube extending in a vertical direction, a door plate positioned under the reaction tube to seal the reaction tube. The door plate may be configured to load a boat into the reaction tube and support a plurality of wafers. The wafer processing apparatus may include a cap plate on the door plate, the cap plate including a cylindrical body. The cylindrical body may surround a lower side surface of the boat. A guiding recess may be formed in an outer surface of the cylindrical body along a circumferential direction of the cylindrical body. The wafer processing apparatus may include an exhaust portion configured to remove the first gas from the reaction tube through the guiding recess.

    Abstract: A folding articulating missile fin having a sliding block detent mechanism and a guided missile. The folding articulating missile fin includes a sliding block detent mechanism composed of the sliding block elastically supported by a spring and sliding in a guide groove of a lower fin, a hinge pin allowing an upper fin and a lower fin to be unfolded, and a pair of upper and lower stop rings retaining opposite ends of the hinge pin, in which when the upper fin that has been unfolded is fully folded, the upper fin keeps folded in contact with the sliding block, and when the upper fin having been folded is unfolded, the upper fin remain unfolded and in contact with the sliding block. Accordingly, the structure related to the spring is simplified, and since a sliding-type mechanism is used, the folding fin can be quickly assembled.

    Abstract: Provided is a method for producing Ag nanowires, including, heating a precursor solution that includes: an Ag salt; a water-soluble polymer; a surfactant, or a halide of metal ions having a standard reduction potential of ?0.1 to ?0.9V as a metal catalyst; and a reduction solvent, to produce the Ag nanowires. According to this method, a time for synthesizing nanowires may be considerably decreased, and an amount of Ag precursor discarded without reaction may be effectively reduced. As a result, the Ag nanowires may be produced with high efficiency and mass-production thereof through a simple scale-up may be successfully achieved.
