The diffusion lens structure for a light source, capable of controlling a diffusion angle, according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a substrate for transmitting light; and a plurality of microlenses arranged on one side of the substrate, wherein the plurality of microlenses have different sizes from each other, the plurality of microlenses are similar to each other, one cross section of the plurality of microlenses takes a spherical or elliptical shape and the height of the plurality of microlenses gradually increases or decreases from the center of the substrate toward the periphery.
