    Abstract: An inverting circuit is disclosed. The inverting circuit includes a pull-up unit including first, second, and third terminals. The first terminal receives a first control signal, and the third terminal is connected to a signal output terminal and outputs a first level signal. The inverting circuit also includes a pull-down unit including fourth, fifth, and sixth terminals. The fourth terminal is connected to the second terminal of the pull-up unit, and the fifth terminal receives a second control signal. In addition, the sixth terminal is connected to the signal output terminal and outputs a second level signal. The inverting circuit also includes a first capacitor, connected to the second terminal of the pull-up unit and the fourth terminal of the pull-down unit, and to the third terminal of the pull-up unit and the sixth terminal of the pull-down unit.
