  • Publication number: 20050280924
Abstract: A noise prevention apparatus and a magnetic recording and reproducing apparatus having the same are provided to such that a microphone unit records sound produced from outside the magnetic recording and reproducing apparatus in an optimum state. The noise prevention apparatus includes a noise damping part installed adjacent to at least one noise source that produces a noise when the image and sound signals are recorded and reproduced for damping and discharging the noise produced from the noise source. The noise damping part includes a noise collecting member for collecting the noise and a noise damping member for damping and discharging the noise collected by the noise collecting member to the outside. The noise produced from the noise source when the image and sound signals are recorded and reproduced is collected by the noise collecting member and then damped to a minimum size by the noise damping member, so that the microphone unit may record the sound in the optimum state.

  • Publication number: 20050200745
Abstract: A pop-up flash for a photographing apparatus is provided. The pop-up flash includes a flash body to emit an illuminating light. The flash body is movable between a retracted position and a raised position. The pop-up flash further includes a locking lever having a locking boss which engages an engaging member formed at one of the flash body and a body of the photographing apparatus. Thus, when the flash body is positioned at the retracted position, and installed to the other of the flash body and the body of the photographing apparatus, the flash body may pivotally move between a first position at which the locking boss is engaged to the flash body and a second position at which the locking boss is released from the flash body. Furthermore, a resilient member urges the flash body in a pop-up direction. A locking member is provided to lock the locking lever when the flash body is positioned at the retracted position and to release the locking lever when the flash body is positioned at the raised position.

  • Publication number: 20020007794
Abstract: Disclosed is an inductively coupled plasma processing apparatus which has a very-high-frequency parallel antenna producing inductively-coupled plasma for a large substrate. This plasma processing apparatus includes a very high frequency power source in order to generate the high dense plasma, and parallel-connected antenna units that receive the very high frequency power from the very high frequency source. The very high frequency power has a frequency of 20 MHz to 300 MHz. According to present invention, while the plasma density can be raised, the electron temperature can be lowered. Thus, when the dry etch process is conducted using CFx, the CFx/F ratio can be adjusted to have the low density of fluorine radical. And also, it is possible to have the high radical density of CF2, CF3 and the like. As a result, the proper radical ratio, which is relative to increase selection ratio, enhances the dry etch process excellently.
