A general electricity demand of the electric vehicle is calculated. A charging request is generated when charging is determined to be necessary according to the general electricity demand and the remaining charge level of the electric vehicle. The charging request leads to the electric vehicle being recharged by a charging vehicle, a charging system and a charging method for a motoring service using the control device are also disclosed.
