    Abstract: A bitline sense amplifier including: an amplifier which is connected between a first sensing bitline and a second sensing bitline, and detects and amplifies a voltage difference between a first bitline and a second bitline in response to a first control signal and a second control signal; and an equalizer which is connected between a first supply line through which the first control signal is supplied and a second supply line through which the second control signal is supplied, and pre-charges the first bitline and the second bitline with a precharge voltage in response to an equalizing control signal, wherein the equalizer includes an equalizing enable transistor in which a source terminal is connected to the first supply line and performs equalizing in response to the equalizing control signal.

    Abstract: A method for forming a silica film on a face panel is disclosed. The method includes steps of preparing a first composite having a staring material of a silica-titania two component system where alcohol is added as a catalyst; preparing a second composite having a titaniumalkoxide or a derivative of the titaniumalkoxide as a catalyst; mixing the first and second composites at a predetermined ratio; agitating the face panel; and calcinating the coated colloidal solution at a temperature of 160-200.degree. C. The silica-titania two-component system is selected from a group consisting of a tetraethyl-silicate and a tetraethyl-silicate oligomer. The tetraethyl-silicate oligomer has a degree of polymerization of 40, 51 or 56.

    Abstract: A fine conductive film having improved transparence, good conductivity and low-cost characteristics for use on a flat Braun tube to achieve an improved operational efficiency and cost reduction effect, is made by application at room temperature of on constituent selected from the group consisting of indium chloride, indium nitride and indium sulfide, possibly supplemented by tin chloride, dissolved in water and having added to the resulting solution an organo amino silane ester, to thereby form an indium and/or tin hydrate which is then cured by gradually raising the temperature to over 390.degree. C. and up to 450.degree. C.
