  • Publication number: 20170096078
Abstract: A method and system for controlling a battery SOC of a hybrid vehicle are provided to improve fuel efficiency in an urban area with a differentiated strategy for controlling auxiliary battery SOC balance of the hybrid vehicle. The method improves fuel efficiency in urban areas with a differentiated strategy of controlling SOC balance of an auxiliary battery considering that the degree of influence of electric field load consumption on fuel efficiency based on LDC voltage adjustment in the hybrid vehicle varies based on driving mode and road gradient.

  • Publication number: 20160362101
Abstract: An apparatus and a method are provided for controlling a mode change of a hybrid electric vehicle that change a mode of the hybrid electric vehicle at an optimal reference point of mode change when a demand power of a driver is stably maintained to be greater than a predetermined level. The method includes calculating a demand power or a demand torque of a driver and determining whether the demand power or the demand torque is maintained to be equal to or greater than a first predetermined value for a first predetermined time. A mode change hysteresis line is raised when the demand power or the demand torque is maintained to be equal to or greater than the first predetermined value for the first predetermined time and then a mode change is executed based on the raised mode change hysteresis line.

  • Publication number: 20160288781
Abstract: A motor speed control method and system for improving the performance of a running resistance evaluation of a hybrid electric vehicle are provided. The method includes determining whether a vehicle satisfies a running resistance evaluation start condition. When the vehicle satisfies the running resistance evaluation start condition, the speed of a motor is adjusted, which adjusts an input speed of a transmission to be equal to an output speed of the transmission. A speed adjustment of the motor is then completed using the speed of the motor and the output speed of the transmission.

  • Patent number: 7646478
Abstract: An apparatus for examining spectral characteristics of an object may include a chuck configured to support and releasably fix the object, wherein the chuck is larger than the object, a first light source assembly integral with the chuck and configured to illuminate a bottom surface of the object with light having a predetermined spectrum and intensity, and a transmission analysis unit for collecting and analyzing light transmitted through the object. The first light source assembly may include multiple and/or adjustable light sources. A second light source assembly may illuminate a top surface of the object, and a reflection analysis unit may collect resultant reflected light.
