  • Publication number: 20230059293
Abstract: Proposed is a method of processing micro-holes formed in an upper mold used for adsorbing, transferring, and laminating a thin structure. The micro-holes drilled by setting n mono-layers in a thickness direction of the upper mold, applying the femtosecond pulsed laser beam onto a second mono-layer in a given pattern, processing the micro-holes at a thickness of the next mono-layer in a 2D manner, and sequentially applying the femtosecond pulsed laser beam to the mono-layers while lowering a focus of the laser in units of 1 /n. The femtosecond pulsed laser beam is applied along inner surfaces of the micro-holes, thereby adjusting a dimension of a diameter of each of the micro-holes to be processed, and improving surface roughness of each of the inner surfaces of the micro-holes. Surroundings of an inlet-side edge are chamfered or rounded to prevent generation of the burrs and damage to the thin film sheet.

  • Publication number: 20100199580
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a door frame structure that can block light or noise without inconvenience or risk of an accident while a user moves near a door. A door is provided in a middle portion of the door frame in the door frame structure. In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, according to the present invention, a door frame structure includes side covers for covering both side surfaces of a temporary door frame, and a central cover for covering the side covers. A door is fixed to a fixing part having a stepped shape, which is formed in each of the side covers and the central cover, and swings, so that the door is positioned in a middle portion of the door frame. According to the above-mentioned structure of the present invention, a door is positioned in a middle portion of the door frame. Further, a handle and a hinge, which are provided on the outer portion of the door, are positioned inside the door frame.

  • Patent number: 6266933
Abstract: A two part injection molded plastic cover designed to cover a wooden door frame mounted to a surrounding wall. The cover parts are prefabricated and adhesively secured to one another. The cover parts overlap one another and the overlapping cover has a groove filled with packing to act as a seal between an adjacent door and the cover. The cover serves to mask any damages that might have occurred to the door frame and also is aesthetically attractive, especially since it can be stained to resemble natural wood, or painted with any one of a number of colors. A section of the cover that faces frontally is overlaid with an ornamental molding.
