The device protects a wearer's feet, and is in maximally close contact with the feet due to its elastic force, and is light in weight, thus providing a sensation similar to that of a barefoot state. Further, a part of the foot is exposed to the outside, thus preventing the wearer from sliding on the ground surface, and allowing free movement of the foot, therefore affording a high level of power and quickness.
