  • Patent number: 12211553
Abstract: A storage system includes a non-volatile memory (NVM) device, having a memory cell array, and a storage controller. The storage controller receives a write command and data from a host and controls the NVM device to write the data in the memory cell array. Additionally, the storage controller determines a memory region of the memory cell array in which the data will be written, clusters a plurality of word lines into a plurality of groups on the basis of feature information of the plurality of word lines, rearranges an access order in units of groups according to the feature information, and accesses the word lines in the rearranged order to write the data in the memory region.

  • Publication number: 20150096893
Abstract: An aluminum alloy for die-casting, a metal case for a portable electrical device, and a method of manufacturing the metal case are disclosed. The aluminum alloy for die-casting includes about 1.95% to about 4.10% by weight of manganese, about 0.1% to about 2.0% by weight of zinc, about 0.3% to about 0.8% by weight of zircon, about 0.03% to about 0.09% by weight of titanium, and a remainder of aluminum. Thus, the aluminum alloy may provide a mechanical property and a glossiness that are appropriate for a case of a portable electrical device.

  • Publication number: 20080117183
Abstract: A touch screen includes a touch panel providing an image for a user's information input, including a first image sensor, which is arranged at a side or disposed in a side of the touch panel for detecting an input position of the user using an image. A first lens system forms a plurality of pixel regions on an image pickup surface of the first image sensor and having a plurality of lenses, each lens for forming an image of an input member of the user, which is located within a corresponding angle of view, in a corresponding pixel region. An optional second lens system, arranged at another side of the touch panel, typically substantially perpendicular to the first lens system also detects an image of the input member.

  • Publication number: 20060132613
Abstract: Disclosed is an optical image stabilizer for use with a camera lens assembly. The optical image stabilizer contributes to miniaturization of a camera lens assembly and improves solidity and reliability of a product with the camera lens assembly. The optical image stabilizer includes a base frame, a first frame on the base frame capable of moving in a first direction, a second frame on the first frame capable of moving in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The second frame is equipped on one side with an image sensor. The optical image stabilizer also includes a linear motor provided between the base frame and the first frame to move the first frame in the first direction, and a voice coil motor (VCM) for moving the second frame in the second direction. The linear motor and the VCM are disposed adjacently to each other.
