    Abstract: A light-emitting device includes a semiconductor epitaxial unit having a first surface and a second surface that are opposite to each other, and including a first semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second semiconductor layer that are disposed sequentially in such order in a direction from the first surface to the second surface. The active layer includes a quantum well structure that has n periodic units, each of which includes a well layer and a barrier layer that are sequentially disposed. The second semiconductor layer includes a cladding layer and a current spreading layer. A ratio of a thickness of the current spreading layer to a current density of the light-emitting device ranges from 0.6 to 4. A light-emitting apparatus is also provided in the disclosure.

    Abstract: Provided are a method for controlling a full bus load to discharge in a household electrical appliance and related apparatuses. In the method, in response to determining that a half bus load is turned on and a full bus load is turned off, a voltage difference between a first DC power and a second DC power is determined to obtain a voltage difference. The first DC power and the second DC power are obtained by converting three-phase power through a three-level active PFC unit. Subsequent to the voltage difference between the first DC power and the second DC power being determined, a full bus load is controlled to be turned on or off based on the voltage difference to stabilize a half bus voltage in a predetermined voltage interval.

    Abstract: Provided are a three-phase power conversion circuit for a household electrical appliance, a household electrical appliance, and a power-on control method for a household electrical appliance. The three-phase power conversion circuit includes a three-level active PFC unit, at least two power-on units, and a control unit. The three-phase power, subsequent to being converted by the three-level active PFC unit, obtains a first DC power and a second DC power to supply power to corresponding loads. The power-on unit is arranged at input terminals of the three-level active PFC unit to buffer a device in the three-level active PFC unit when the three-level active PFC unit is powered on. A first controllable switch module and a second controllable switch module in the power-on unit and the three-level active PFC unit are controlled by the control unit to complete buffering.

In some aspects, the cooling system may utilize air inlets disposed behind a guard to prevent debris or liquids from entering the handheld device and potentially causing damage to internal components of the handheld device. In aspects, a vents may be disposed on the guard to divert cooling air into a housing of the handheld device to cool internal components, such as the motor or a printed circuit board (PCB). In additional or alternative aspects, a motor mount may be provided that includes ribs defining air channels to divert or direct cooling air to components to be cooled. The air channels provided by the motor mount may enable the cooling air to reach portions of the internal components that may be distant from the air inlets of the housing.

The upsetting die has a upsetting cavity with radial closed cross-section, and the whole forging process is performed inside this closed cavity to ensure it's a true closed-die forging process, which results in precise upset diameter with improved roundness of the rebar.
