The diblock polypeptide reversibly forms a self-assembled micelle structure in response to temperature stimuli and a hydrogel prepared using the triblock polypeptide undergoes reversible sol-gel or gel-sol transition in response to temperature stimuli and exhibits enhanced mechanical strength due to chemical crosslinkages between tyrosine residues. With such superior properties, the diblock/triblock polypeptide of the present disclosure can be used for drug delivery systems, scaffolds for tissue engineering and kits for tissue or organ regeneration.

    Abstract: A horizontal electrophoresis apparatus according to the present invention comprises a first electrode and a second electrode arranged at respective sides of an electrophoretic gel and each in close contact with one side of the electrophoretic gel.
