  • Patent number: 12175284
Abstract: Methods and apparatus consistent with the present disclosure may be used in environments where multiple different virtual sets of program instructions are executed by shared computing resources when different processes are performed in a virtual computing environment. Methods consistent with the present disclosure may be used to provide a form of redundancy that does not require two physically distinct computers. Such methods may use a set of physical hardware components and two or more sets of synchronized virtual gateway software. Architectural features of physical hardware components included in an apparatus consistent with the present disclosure may be abstracted from sets of virtual program code when one virtual software process backs up another virtual software process at the apparatus.

  • Patent number: 12092691
Abstract: Scan forest can effectively compress test data volume, however, CPU time and memory consumption must be well-controlled to handle industrial designs. The present disclosure provides a method to establish a scan forest, which reduces memory consumption and CPU time significantly. A new low-power test application scheme is proposed, which does not need to increase the test application cost but can be of help to compress test data volume. Another new test application algorithm is proposed to reduce capture cycle power and shift cycle power by just doubling the test application time, which does not sacrifice the test data compression performance.

  • Patent number: 11449958
Abstract: A facility for valuing a distinguished home located in a distinguished geographic area is described. The facility receives home attributes for the distinguished home. For each of a plurality of valuation sub-models, the facility applies the valuation sub-model to the received home attributes to obtain a sub-model valuation for the distinguished home. The facility further applies a meta-model to the record home attributes to obtain a relative weighting factor for each sub-model. The facility then uses the obtained relative weighting factors to combine the sub-model valuations to obtain an overall valuation for the distinguished home. The facility reports the obtained valuation for the distinguished home.
