    Abstract: The pharmacokinetics and key technologies of the present invention are summarized in FIG. 1. Particularly, malignant misfolded proteins such as mutant huntingtin and alpha-synuclein are coagulated and grow into oligomeric coagulum ({circle around (1)}, {circle around (2)}, fibrillar coagulum ({circle around (3)}) and eventually inclusion body ({circle around (4)}). As a result, PB1 and LC3-binding domains are exposed.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for separating and preparing a therapeutic agent for chronic myelogenous leukimeia capable of effectively inhibiting growth of T315I, which is known as a mutation of a BCR-ABL fusion gene that causes chronic myelogenous leukemia, comprising the steps of: 1) preliminary extracting by adding ethyl acetate to finely chopped bark of Liriodendron tulipifera L., adding butanol to an extracted fluid for layer-separating an ethyl acetate layer and a butanol layer, removing the butanol layer, and decompression-condensing the remainder to obtain a crude extract; and 2) adding a C1-C3 lower alcohol aqueous solution and n-hexane to the obtained crude extract, removing lipids and water insoluble material dissolved in the n-hexane layer, and obtaining and separating a lower alcohol aqueous solution layer to separate and refine highly pure epi-tulipinolide and costunolide.

The biodegradable suture-type cell delivery system has improved cell compatibility as a result of depositing a hydrophilic functional group-containing compound on the surface of a biodegradable suture yarn made of a biodegradable polymer, a portion of which has partially a bulky structure beneficial for the proliferation of cells or living tissue, so as to hydrophilically modify the surface, and then bonding a cell compatible material to the surface, and also functions as a cell culture scaffold, because the bulky structure is beneficial for the proliferation of cells. Accordingly, the biodegradable suture-type cell delivery system can improve the rate of engraftment of stem cells in vivo.
