    Abstract: A treatment agent for an electronic-grade low-dielectric fiberglass cloth, and a preparation method thereof are provided. The treatment agent for an electronic-grade low-dielectric fiberglass cloth is prepared from the following raw materials in weight percentages: a coupling agent A: 0.6% to 1.2%, a coupling agent B: 0.3% to 0.8%, a coupling agent additive: 0.01% to 1.5%, an alcohol: 0.1% to 0.5%, an acid: 0.1% to 0.5%, and water: the balance, where the coupling agent A is a vinyl-containing coupling agent; the coupling agent B is a vinylbenzyl-containing coupling agent; and the coupling agent additive is a salt of a maleic anhydride (MA)-grafted copolymer. On the basis of meeting the low dielectric performance, the treatment agent of the present disclosure improves the binding performance of the low-dielectric fiberglass cloth to a low-dielectric customer resin and enhances the mechanical performance and heat resistance of the low-dielectric fiberglass cloth.

    Abstract: A method and an apparatus for signal synchronization are disclosed. The method for signal synchronization includes: A self-synchronizing first terminal device broadcasts first synchronization information, determines whether the first terminal device and a second terminal device have implemented signal synchronization when receiving second synchronization information sent by the second terminal device, and determines, based on a determining result, whether to synchronize with the second terminal device. This reduces a probability of communication interruption caused by synchronization source switching by the first terminal device after the second terminal device performs synchronization by using the first terminal device as a synchronization source. The method for signal synchronization may be applied to scenarios such as the intelligent driving, intelligent connected vehicles, and internet of vehicles.

    Abstract: A portable hand-held electric powered medicine/water vaporizer consisting of a durable plastic shell (43), lid (27) and legs (69) with sufficient operating volume to vaporize medicine/water for a short time. Inside the shell is a vessel (35) for holding medicine/water. Under the vessel is a heater (39) for heating medicine/water to generate steam. The lid (27) consists of a fixed stem (23) with an adjustable cooling extension (21) to allow the user to adjust for desired temperature and steam flow. The lower shell consists of a box for cord (59) and plug (61) storage and a stainless steel base plate (67) for stability when free standing. The base stands on four legs (69) which allows air to flow through the ventilated stainless steel base plate, to the inside of the upper shell to allow the exterior of the upper shell to remain air cooled during use.
