The display substrate includes: a base, having a wire routing region; a first wire routing layer, located on the base, where the first wire routing layer in the wire routing region includes a plurality of first routing wires arranged at intervals, and a space between adjacent first routing wires is smaller than 2 um; an insulation layer, located on a side of the first wire routing layer facing away from the base and having a plurality of first via holes corresponding to the first routing wires; a first flat layer, located on a side of the insulation layer facing away from the base and having second via holes corresponding to the first via holes, where the second via holes at least partially overlap with the first via holes.

Abstract: A method and device for locating voice transmission problems are provided. The method includes: configuring a data transmitting/receiving statistics module at each transmission stage of a media stream to perform statistics on data transmitting/receiving of the transmission stage; the data transmitting/receiving statistics module reporting data after statistics to a preset data analysis module; and the data analysis module locating the voice transmission problems after analyzing the data reported by the data transmitting/receiving statistics module. The device includes the data transmitting/receiving statistics module and the data analysis module. The method and device can automatically detect the voice transmission problems such as getting through in one-way, discontinuous, etc.

Abstract: This invention discloses a method for switching SO (Service Option) to circuit data, including the following steps: step 1, a mobile station notifies a source BS (Base Station) and/or a target BS to switch SO to circuit data during a session; step 2, the source BS and/or the target BS negotiates with a mobile switching subsystem about switching SO to circuit data, and determines the bearer format parameters of the session through the negotiation; step 3, the source BS and/or the target BS makes a secondary service negotiation with the mobile station after the negotiation with the mobile switching subsystem succeeds; and step 4, after the negotiation with the mobile station succeeds, the source BS and/or the target BS conducts user interface service layer encapsulation on the circuit data according to a certain load format, and then transmits the encapsulated Real Time Transfer Protocol packets to the other BS.
