    Abstract: The present invention provides broadly neutralizing antibodies against HIV, compositions comprising the same and methods of use thereof. Specifically, the invention provides isolated anti-HIV antibodies that are capable of neutralizing at least 95% of the HIV pseudoviruses listed in Table 1 and neutralizing 100% of the HIV clade B, G and D viruses listed in Table 1 with an IC50 value of less than 50 ug/mL. Further provides are the sequences especially complementarity-determining region (CDR) sequences of antibodies disclosed.
