Abstract: A memory management method and a memory controller are provided. The method includes obtaining a first bad block and adjusting its operating mode from a first storage mode to a second storage mode with a lower storage capacity per memory cell. If the block is verified as qualified in the second storage mode, it is recorded as an adjusted block. Subsequently, according to a preset storage capacity, a plurality of such adjusted blocks are combined into a virtual spare block and incorporated into an Over-Provisioning Space. This method enables the full utilization of memory cells that fail in their original operating mode but are still usable after being downgraded, thereby effectively extending the service life of the storage device.

Abstract: The present invention provides a memory management method and a storage device. The method includes: sending a read command sequence to a memory module to instruct reading of a first physical unit among a plurality of physical units; obtaining read data corresponding to the read command sequence from the memory module; performing an error detection on the read data to obtain error rate information of the read data; generating encryption information according to the error rate information; encrypting original data according to the encryption information to generate encrypted data corresponding to the original data; and sending a write command sequence to the memory module to instruct storing of the encrypted data to a second physical unit among the physical units.

The method for preparing mesaconine in the present invention is simple in operation, high in yield, environmentally friendly and pollution-free, and suitable for industrial production.

Abstract: This invention relates to the preparation of bis-isoquinoline derivatives of general formula (I) and salts thereof, which possesses multi-drug resistance (MDR) reversal activities. Drug compositions and formulations comprising bis-isoquinoline derivatives of general formula (I) and salts thereof are provided for use as sensitivity enhancers in cancer chemotherapy. Methods for inhibiting MDR by treatment with bis-isoquinoline derivatives are also provided.
