Abstract: Provided is an isolated binding protein including an antigen binding domain binding to an NS1 protein, and comprising specific heavy chain CDR and light chain CDR. The binding protein can specifically identify and bind to NS1, and has relatively high sensitivity and specificity, so as to detect dengue virus. Moreover, the binding protein does not need to be produced by injecting hybridoma cells into mouse peritoneal cavity, while simplifying production, thus stabilizing antibody functionality.

Abstract: A method for aging and storage of Jiang-flavor raw liquor involves “growing, nourishing and storing.” The Jiang-flavor new liquors of different rounds are subjected to outdoor storage in jars for not more than 1 year, then the Jiang-flavor raw liquors of different rounds having experienced the outdoor storage in jars for not more than 1 year are blended and put into stainless steel tank for blending and aging for a period of 1 to 2 years, and finally the Jiang-flavor raw liquor having experiencing the blending and ageing in the stainless steel tank for 1 to 2 years undergoes indoor storage in jars for 2 to 10 years. The method combines different storage containers with different storage years, improving the aging and storage effect and the quality of the Jiang-flavor raw liquor in a targeted manner.

The present invention includes performing analysis filtering processing on an error signal and an input signal to obtain an error sub-band signal and an input sub-band signal respectively; and performing calculation according to the input sub-band signal and the error sub-band signal to obtain a new adaptive filtering weight, and updating a weight in an adaptive filter.

The method includes: determining a candidate cell set of a serving cell; acquiring a base station closest to the serving cell from the candidate cell set, and adding all the cells under the base station into a neighbor cell set; deleting a cell sheltered by the base station and cells included in the neighbor cell set from the candidate cell set; judging whether the candidate cell set is empty; if not, then returning to the step of acquiring a base station closest to the serving cell; and if yes, then taking cells in the neighbor cell set as a first layer of neighbor cells of the serving cell.
