    Abstract: A scheduling method, a scheduling apparatus, an electronic device and a storage medium are provided. The scheduling method includes: respectively performing, by a plurality of compute units, a first convolution computation on a plurality of data groups that correspond to the plurality of compute units respectively, to obtain a plurality of first computation result groups; determining a data replication-transmission mode corresponding to the plurality of first computation result groups in the plurality of compute units, according to a configuration rule of a second convolutional layer in the plurality of compute units; and copying a first intermediate data row required by the first compute unit for padding in the second convolution computation process from a first computation result group in the second compute unit and transmitting the first intermediate data row that is copied to the first compute unit based on the data replication-transmission mode.

The method includes: obtaining, by the chip, a computational graph of the neural network module having respective operators; performing at least one of adjustments below at least 1 time on a first operator in the computational graph according to specific operation of each operator: counterchanging a position of the first operator with a subsequent operator or a preceding operator in the computational graph, splitting the first operator into more than two identical operators, and inserting a plurality of first operators that are capable of canceling each other out; determining a second operator adjacent to the adjusted first operator in the computational graph according to the specific operations of each operator; and performing merge or cancellation, by the chip, on the adjusted first operator and the second operator.

    Abstract: Embodiments relate to methods of metal oxide nanocrystals preparation. In embodiments, a metal-organic precursor may be economically synthesized by reacting a metal with an organic acid. The organic acid may include an aliphatic chain longer than three carbon atoms. The metal may be In, Sn, Al, Ga, Zn, Cd, Sb, Bi, Ge, Mn, Ti, Nb, V, Cr, Mo, Fe, Y, Mg, Co, as well as mixtures thereof. Further processing of the metal-organic precursor (e.g. by pyrolysis, hydrolysis, or alcoholysis) produces metal oxide nanocrystals of desired characteristics. An metal-organic precursor of indium tin oxide (ITO) may be synthesized by reacting indium metal and tin metal with an organic acid having an aliphatic chain longer than three carbon atoms (e.g. stearic acid) at a temperature above 200° C. Further processing of the resulting metal-organic precursor yields ITO nanocrystals of regular shape, uniform size, and average diameter ranging of between about 1-500 nm.
