    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a liquid crystal phase shifting device, a manufacturing method for the liquid crystal phase shifting device, a liquid crystal phase shifter, and an antenna, aiming to achieve the better curved surface applications of the liquid crystal phase shifting device and thus increases the applications. The liquid crystal phase shifting device includes: a first flexible substrate and a second flexible substrate that are opposite to each other; a microstrip line arranged on a side of the first flexible substrate facing towards the second flexible substrate; an electrode layer arranged on a side of the second flexible substrate facing towards the first flexible substrate; and solid-state liquid crystal arranged between the microstrip line and the electrode layer. The liquid crystal phase shifting device is used for performing phase shifting on a microwave signal.

A microstrip line (3) is provided on a surface of the first substrate (1) facing towards the second substrate (2). An orthographic projection of the microstrip line (3) on the first substrate (1) is located in the liquid crystal filling region (6). The support structure (4) is provided between the first substrate (1) and the second substrate (3) and in the liquid crystal filling region (6).

Each control unit is configured to output a control signal to an associated switching unit according to the gate driving signals input to the first and the second triggering signal input terminal. The associated switching unit is configured to output a touch signal to the associated one of the touch electrodes according to the control signal.
