Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a backlight assembly including a backlight housing, a light source holder and a plurality of light sources. The light source holder is mounted to the backlight housing in such a way that the light source holder is rotatable about a central axis X thereof. The light source holder is further provided with at least two light source mounting grooves arranged at an angular interval around the central axis, and each light source mounting groove is configured to mount at least one of the plurality of light sources therein. With this backlight assembly, it is possible to realize replacement of the backlight source without disassembling the backlight assembly by rotating another or other light source to an operating position by rotation of the light source holder.

Abstract: The embodiments of the present invention provide a polarizer, a manufacturing method thereof, a display panel and a display device, to avoid mura caused by the film peeling process of the polarizer, thereby reducing the probability of bad quality products, simplifying the assembly process, and preventing the omission of conductive attachment. The polarizer includes a main body layer, a protective film layer, a conductive layer and a release film. A first surface of the main body layer is attached with the protective film layer. A second surface of the main body layer is attached with the release film. A periphery of the main body layer is attached with the conductive layer.

The frame includes a plurality of electrically conductive portions independent of electrically insulated from each other, and the detecting module electrically connects at least two electrically conductive portions of the plurality of electrically conductive portions, wherein the detecting module is configured to generate and transmit a touch signal when an electrical conduction is established between the at least two electrically conductive portions of the plurality of electrically conductive portions by an external action. The present invention also provides a touch input unit for a display device and a touch input method.

Abstract: A display device and a method for using the display device are provided. The display device includes a display panel, a grating panel over the display panel, and a distance adjusting mechanism for adjusting a distance between the display panel and the grating panel to provide an adjustable optimum viewing distance of the display device. The distance adjusting mechanism includes a first electromagnetic unit configured with the grating panel and a second electromagnetic unit configured under the display panel. Electric current flowing through each of the first electromagnetic unit and the second electromagnetic unit is controlled to allow the grating panel to move towards or away from the display panel.

Abstract: A backlight module and a display device are provided. The backlight module includes a back plate, a light emitting component located on the back plate and a module frame located around periphery of the back plate. The module frame includes a main body section and a wedge shaped section on the side of main body section close to light emitting component. The inclined surface of the wedge shaped section faces the light exit surface of the light emitting component and the angle formed there between is an acute angle. The backlight module and the display device mainly utilize the design of the module frame with a wedge shaped section to facilitate the outgoing of the light rays emitted by the backlight source around its periphery in a narrow bezel design, solving the problem of peripheral pixels disappearing from side view.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a polarizing filter and a display device. The polarizing filter comprises a polarization layer and a conductive layer provided on one side of the polarization layer. In the present invention, the conductive layer is provided on the polarization layer, thus, when the electrostatic charge are present on the color film substrate having the polarizing filter, the electrostatic charge may be shielded by the conductive layer, and will not adversely affect the liquid crystal molecule between the color film substrate and a array substrate celled to the color film substrate even if the charge are present on a surface of the color film substrate, such that the display quality of the display panel having the color film substrate and the array substrate is improved.

Abstract: This disclosure provides a light emitting apparatus, the apparatus may comprise a middle component, a first end component and a second end component. The middle component may comprise a light emitting device and the middle component has a recess and a protrusion at its two ends respectively. One of the first and second end components has a recess, and the other of the first and second end components has a protrusion. The middle component can be connected with the first and the second end components respectively by corresponding protrusion and recess so that adjacent components can rotate relative to each other in a plane perpendicular to a light exit direction of the light emitting device. The light emitting apparatus can be applied to a back light unit of a display apparatus to realize curved surface display of the display apparatus.
