  • Publication number: 20250056918
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a solar cell, a preparation method thereof, and a photovoltaic module. The solar cell includes a semiconductor substrate, passivating contact structures, a dielectric layer, and first electrodes. The semiconductor substrate includes a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other. The semiconductor substrate includes passivation regions and passivated contact regions, which are alternately arranged along a first direction. The first direction is perpendicular to a thickness direction of the semiconductor substrate. The passivating contact structures are disposed on the second surface and correspondingly disposed on the passivated contact regions. Each passivating contact structure includes an electrically conductive passivation layer. The dielectric layer at least covers the second surface in the passivation regions. The first electrodes are disposed on the passivating contact structures at a side away from the semiconductor substrate.

  • Publication number: 20070128267
Abstract: The present invention relates to a blend of gelling and non-gelling starches with gellan gums and a plasticizer having similar textural and functional properties compared to gelatin. Films prepared using such blends have excellent strength and elongation. The blend can also be used to prepare capsules without heat. The present invention has superior capsule sealability when prepared from such blends or films.

  • Publication number: 20070014985
Abstract: Polymer dispersion forms a non-tacky film when dry. Under the application of a suitable impulse the morphology of the film is disrupted and the film becomes tacky. The compositions of the invention find use as thermally activated films and coatings, especially pressure sensitive adhesives.

  • Publication number: 20040034138
Abstract: A salt-sensitive film-forming polymer composition is presented. The salt-sensitivity of the film is produced by the combination of the polymer and at lest one salt-sensitive adjuvant that affects the properties of the film. The film has integrity in an aqueous solution containing 0.5 weight percent or more of an inorganic salt, yet in water the adjuvant dissolves, causing the polymer film to lose integrity. The polymer composition may be used in applications requiring a salt-trigger, such as flushable non-woven products, and triggerable delivery systems for a variety of materials such as in detergents.
