    Abstract: A doll is described including a plush doll body having integral arms, legs, torso, and head. A face is provided on at least one side of the head, and at least one annular flange formed about the head and face along a coronal plane passing through the body. The flange extends radially outward of the head and loosely overlaps a portion of the torso. A pillow having a doll body receiving pocket formed therein releasably receives and covers the torso, arms, and legs such that only the head and flange are exposed outwardly of the pocket.
