    Abstract: A reclosable container for containing a liquid or powder product and for dispensing the product as desired is provided. The container includes a bag made of flexible material, at one end of which is a retractable neck portion. A dispensing cap having a biased slider arm slidably mounted on the dispensing cap is provided on the neck portion. The slider arm allows the product to be dispensed from the container as desired.
